The partnership between Startup Institute and Western New England University sees two highly respected brands come together to produce an engaging course that will bring more data science talent to the companies that need it, especially in western Massachusetts. It is the first time Startup Institute has partnered with a university to deliver a curriculum in the data science space.
The boot camp is in response to an increased demand from companies looking for talent in big data analytics, data science and data analysis, with the skillsets among the most in-demand within the modern technology landscape. The boot camp was designed by Startup Institute in collaboration with TCB Analytics.

Data Science & Analytics is a one-of-a-kind, 10-week course that teaches the fundamentals of data analytics, using easy-to-understand and engaging data exercises. Classes include hands-on training with R and Tableau, empowering students to take their career to the next level by moving beyond simple spreadsheets to impressive dashboards and visualizations. Students learn what to expect in their next roles from experienced analytics professionals and startup veterans who have hired and grown successful data science teams.
