Doron is the European President of Promise Communispace. A dedicated and visionary entrepreneur with a passion for cutting-edge technology.
In 2008 he founded Promise Communities: a company specializing in solving brand, innovation and research challenges through mass online collaboration. In eight years, he grew it from a business consisting of one man and a laptop, to a 140+ person leading innovation consultancy delivering programs for the likes of McDonalds, British Airways, Orange, Virgin Media, O2, Heinz, Diageo, Samsung, Pepsi Co and Sony Music. Now part of Communispace, Doron acts as the EMEA President. Doron is constantly monitoring new technological trends, using them to keep businesses always a step-ahead.
Doron loves helping businesses use creativity to devise new products, service and strategies to unlock growth. In the last five years he has helped The Times launch its Paywall, Heinz and Danone bring to market a number of multimillion dollar products, launch a go to market strategy for Virgin Media and re-position a large number of brands from Visa Europe to Kraft. He is obsessed with all things Innovation and Collaboration. He has read every book on the subject, published dozens of articles and is regularly invited to client organisations to train their teams in co-creation and innovation.
Before Promise, Doron worked in Marketing at Warner Music International. He secretly plans to own a record label himself one day. You’ll always find him listening to some quirky artist or sitting at his home making music with computers, synthesisers and guitars. Fluent in four languages, he has a 1st class honors degree in Economics from London School of Economics.
