Nicki Haylon

Minister of Creative Content

Libboo

I moved to Boston about two weeks after graduating from college in Rhode Island. I knew literally two people that lived in the city. Now, a year later, I have a fantastic support network of friends, mentors, and colleagues in Boston and Cambridge.

Nicki is an UX/UI designer and developer at Libboo. She handles product invention, and take it from an idea to a process to a wireframe to a design to a built-out interface. Nicki is an Illustrator nerd, a HTML/CSS geek, and enjoy getting my hands dirty in Javascript, SQL, and PHP from time to time. At Libboo, her team is on a mission to help talent get discovered in crowded spaces. Right now, they're focusing their efforts on authors, who they are empowering with data about how, where, and why their books are being shared online, so that they can motivate their best advocates to become a powerful, word-of-mouth marketing force.
