I've been given plenty of titles: Outspoken Leader, Question Asker, Great Reframer, Operations Wizard, Marriage Counselor for Business Partners, and Junkyard Dog. Ask me about them! Let's see what I can do for you and your business.

With a background in small business Operations, Education, and Consulting, I'm adding Sales & Account Management to my skill set through SIB. I'm looking for an Operations or Project Management role in a Boston startup.

Passions: salsa dancing, travel, HBR, green smoothies, and unleashing the superpowers of my classmates.

What skills do you bring to a project team?

Project Management, Operations, Consulting, Question-Asking, Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, Copy Writing, Copy Editing, Troubleshooting.

Also: leading SIB students in the event of an alien invasion.

Why are you called the Question Asker and Great Reframer?

-I'm dominated by my curiosity and ask tons of questions
-Those tons of questions lead to the right questions
-The right questions can completely reframe how you approach problems

Why are you called Junkyard Dog?

That's my favorite title. When I was a kid my mentor and friend saw me interacting with a particularly nasty customer. He said "Lilian, you're like a junkyard dog: you won't be intimidated and you won't back down."

What are your biggest weaknesses/strengths?

I'm not a visionary and I'm not an inventor. I'm the person who can help you flesh out your vision and help you get there.

What are your favorite startup blogs and books? Books on your Wishlist?

Startup blogs and books: Signal vs. Noise, HumbledMBA, OnStartups, Paul Graham: Essays, Hackers and Painters, Rework, and Lean Startup.

Leadership/management: Turn the Ship Around, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Lean In, and The Charisma Myth.

Books on my Wishlist: Leaders Eat Last, Remote, The Sandler Rules, Thinking Fast and Slow, Why Work Sucks, and The Outsiders.
